Zbudowany na podwoziu Jelcza 315 MS pierwszy polski specjalistyczny samochód gaśniczy wodno-pianowy. Ciężarówka posiadała kabinę dla 4 osobowej załogi oraz drugą część z 6000 litrowym zbiornikiem i działkami gaśniczymi.
Do 1979 r. wyprodukowano około 600 egzemplarzy pojazdów.
